Setting up Tim's IMC2 client

Use a MUD name without spaces in it.
You can manually set the MUD name rather than using your actual MUDs name.
(For example, you can have spaces in your MUD name, but use a variant on IMC2
without the spaces)
The default MUD name maximum length on the AntiFreeze Router is 20.
The default user name maximum length on the AntiFreeze Router is 40.
CLIENT_PW and SERVER_PW are things that you make up yourself, keep them secret,
and don't put your IMC2 config info in a non-admin-readable area unless you
absolutely trust all your wizzes.

Basically, follow what the comments say.  The .h file has all the code, and
so you should be able to use it without modifying the .h file at all, as the
configuration is in the .c file.  This is just for convenience, and may be
restructured later, but I'll avoid changing too much.
